The first Minnesota winners of the Mega Millions jackpot have stepped forward. Officials say the winners of the 110-million-dollar jackpot want to remain anonymous — which they can do under a new state law which took effect last September. But officials say the winners *have* given permission for the Lottery to share parts of their story, which they’ll do this afternoon (1pm). The winning ticket from the April 12th drawing was sold at a Holiday gas station in the Minneapolis suburb of Ramsey.
