The head of Sauk Rapids-Rice schools will be attending President Obama’s State of the Union Address tonight in Washington D.C. Superintendent Dan Bittman was invited by Representative Tom Emmer of Delano. Bittman is Minnesota’s 2016 superintendent of the year and says he’s looking forward to taking in the experience and learning all he can during his trip.
