One 13-year-old boy has been charged in connection with Sunday’s fire at a Walmart in Hutchinson and charges are still possible against a second 13-year-old boy. The youth faces two felony counts of first-degree arson. Hutchinson police say the fire was started in the men’s clothing department using an accelerant taken from another part of the store. No one was injured, but damage is estimated at one- to two-million dollars, mostly from smoke and water. Walmart officials say the store will remain closed until further notice.
