Two people have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting at a St. Paul Hmong Freedom Festival. A 27-year-old St. Paul man is in custody, accused of 2nd degree murder and a 28-year-old LaCrosse, Wisconsin man is under arrest accused of aiding and abetting. A man was shot twice in the torso Sunday afternoon at the event in Como Regional Park. He was taken Regions Hospital where he later died. Thousands of people were attending the festival at the time of the shooting. No other injuries related to the shooting were reported. It’s not clear how the suspect was able to get a gun past security into the festival.
