Wild Continue Canada Road Trip Tonight in Toronto

(Toronto, Ontario)  —  The Wild and their tour of Canada will continue tonight when the Wild find themselves in Toronto for spot number three of their four game journey.  The Wild split the first half of their road trip with a 7-3 win in Edmonton on Sunday followed by a 4-3 loss in Ottawa on Tuesday.  In the loss to the Senators the Wild got goals from Kevin Fiala, Jon Merrill and Jared Spurgeon.  Cam Talbot suffered the loss on 30 saves.  The Wild are 31-14-3 on the season but have lost three of their last four overall.  The Wild are 1-0 on the season series with the Leafs having beat them in a shootout back on December 4th but haven’t been to Toronto since October 15th, 2019.  Puck drops at 6 P-M tonight from the Center of the Hockey Universe.

Wild goaltender Cam Talbot made 30 saves in Tuesday’s 4-3 loss at Ottawa. Talbot had lost three straight. Rookie Kaapo Kahkonen will get the start tonight at Toronto with a 6 P-M puck drop.
