Facebook’s CEO is reacting to fatal Police shooting in Falcon Heights Wednesday night. The aftermath of the shooting was live streamed over the social media site by the victim’s girlfriend who was in the car when Philando Castile was shot multiple times. Mark Zuckerberg wrote on Facebook that the video shines a light on the “fear that millions of members of our community live with every day.” He adds that the video reminds everyone how important it is to come together to build a more open and connected world. Castile’s killing was the second high-profile police shooting this week. The two incidents have sparked protests across the country. The most recent in Dallas where officers were ambushed when snipers opened fire during a protest, killing at least five officers.
