3rd, final presidential debate tonight

The third and final presidential debate is tonight (WED 8pm) in Las Vegas.

Carleton College political analyst Steven Schier says he’ll be looking to see “if Donald Trump can move beyond his obsession with all the charges about his sexual history and whether he can begin to appeal to voters beyond his base which he urgently needs to do.”

Schier says the Hillary Clinton camp feel like they’re ahead in the game and it’s likely Clinton will play a “prevent defense” and be relatively cautious in an effort not to make headlines.
