(Minneapolis, MN) — Five people were shot near the Minneapolis Police Department’s 4th precinct and suffered non-life-threatening injuries late Monday evening. Officers responded to attend to victims and secure the scene and police are working to identify suspects. Three of the victims were transported to North Memorial Medical Center by a private vehicle. Two additional victims were transported to the Hennepin County Medical Center by ambulance. Protesters have been camped outside the precinct building for a little over a week after the police-involved shooting of Jamar Clark on November 15th.
