Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Minneapolis–shutting down traffic on both sides of I-94 last night to protest the election of Donald Trump.
Carla from Brooklyn is in Minnesota for college and joined the protest:
Kevin lives in the Cedar-Riverside area and joined demonstrators to help send this message:
Protester Kelsey is a student at the U of M and carried a “Stop Islamaphobia” sign.
In response to various protests in different parts of the country, Trump tweeted last night “Just had a very open and successful presidential election. Now professional protesters, incited by the media, are protesting. Very unfair!”
