A Moorhead woman has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexually molesting a seven-year-old girl. Clay County Prosecutors reached a plea agreement with 42-year-old Arpolia Brown-Navarrete. She pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Assistant Clay County Attorney Pam Harris says Brown-Navarrete received the mandatory minimum sentence.
