New York City is taking time out today to remember the nearly three-thousand people killed during the September 11th terror attacks. To mark the 18th anniversary, the names of victims are being read out loud at the 9-11 Memorial in Lower Manhattan, along with moments of silence and bell tolls. The ceremony is reserved for family members who lost loved ones at the World Trade Center site, the Pentagon and on Flight 93 that crashed in Pennsylvania.
