This morning climate change and agriculture is the topic as a House panel talks about what new practices farmers are using to adapt to new climate challenges and to help solve the problem. On Wednesday the focus is criminal justice. In the afternoon, a House committee talks about the future of Minnesota prisons and probation. Lawmakers are wrangling with whether to override a decision to cap probation terms at five years for those convicted of some felonies in the future.
