He’s known to be driving a silver Kia Sorento with license RTJ852. Anderson is described as Black, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue faded jeans with a light-colored button-up shirt.

(Undated) — The Minnesota BCA is sharing a Be On The Look Out (BOLO)/Wanted bulletin on behalf of the U.S. Air Force. Branden Standifer is wanted for fleeing prosecution last Friday. Officials say he’s a fugitive from justice and is pending a military court martial for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) possession charges. Standifer is described as white, 6 feet tall, 160 pounds with a slim build, blond hair, and blue eyes. Standifer was last seen with a hiking backpack on CCTV footage at Bozeman Yellowstone Airport, Montana, around 2 a.m. on Saturday. He made comments about suicidal ideation before fleeing, leaving a journal detailing a plan to go hiking and jump off a cliff.

 

>>Authorities ID Man and Woman Found Dead in Ramsey

(Ramsey, MN) — Authorities are identifying the two people found dead in Ramsey on Tuesday morning. The Midwest Medical Examiner says the man is 51-year-old Mel Melchizedek and the woman is 42-year-old Hulda Mosiori of Ramsey. Police were told Melchizedek was outside with a gun and confronted a neighbor with it before they arrived. Officers later entered the home and found he and Mosiori dead. The report does not list their cause or manner of death or any further information.

(Stillwater, MN) — A New Auburn man has been found guilty of kidnapping, domestic assault by strangulation, and criminal sexual conduct. David Powers testified in his defense on Friday, but when the trial resumed Monday, he failed to return for cross-examination by the prosecution. The verdict came on Tuesday without Powers present. An arrest warrant is out for Powers, with Washington County Attorney Kevin Magnuson saying he “plans to ask for a significant upward departure” in sentencing once Powers is returned to court. The total maximum conviction for the three charges is 73 years in prison.

 

>>Austin Man Charged for Providing Fentanyl in Fatal OD

(Austin, MN) — An Austin man is charged with murder and manslaughter in the drug overdose death of a woman in Mower County. Police responded to an Austin home last October on the report of a drug overdose. Officers found the victim, who “had been dead for some time.” Drug paraphernalia and fentanyl were found in a bed where the woman was lying. An autopsy determined her death was an accident due to mixed drug toxicity. Police identified 31-year-old Jacob Brandt as the suspect from the victim’s phone. The investigation learned the victim had sent Brandt money the day before she died, and he later admitted to selling her fentanyl. Brandt is on $100,000 bail and due in court next month.

(Fargo, ND) — Two people were injured in a natural gas explosion in Fargo this morning. Fire crews responded to a food processing plant south of an industrial park around 9:30. One person was treated on the scene, and another was brought to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. They learned that there was an explosion in a heater, but the cause is unknown.
