(Inver Grove Heights, MN) — Inver Grove Police are searching for a missing 15-year-old. Neveah Bishop ran away from her home Tuesday. She’s believed to be in the St. Paul or Minneapolis areas from previous incidents. Bishop has a history of being sexually exploited by adult men she’s contacted. She is described as black, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

(Rochester, MN) — A 44-year-old Rochester woman is missing. Police say Sara Hicks was last seen on February 18th, driving a borrowed vehicle home from the MSP Airport. It’s assumed Sara arrived home, but now both Sara and her vehicle are missing. Sara is described as white, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Her vehicle is a gray 2011 Ford Fusion with Minnesota plate RJT158.

(Minneapolis, MN) — Senator Justin Eichorn of Grand Rapids was federally charged this afternoon with soliciting prostitution from a Twin Cities police detective posing as a 17-year-old girl. Eichorn was arrested Monday in Bloomington, where he allegedly thought he was meeting a girl to pay her for sex. The criminal complaint alleges that he showed up with a condom and enough money to pay for what he believed was going to be 30 minutes of sex. Eichorn faces one felony count of soliciting a minor under the age of 18.

(Minneapolis, MN) — Feeding Our Future founder Aimee Bock and Minneapolis restaurant co-owner Salim Said have been found guilty on all counts. The five-week-long case detailed accusations against the two for conspiring to steal $250 million from the Federal Child Nutrition Program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bock was found guilty on seven counts and Said on 21. They both face over 30 years in prison.

(St. Paul, MN) — Attorney General Keith Ellison announced a new chapter in negotiations between the University of Minnesota, Fairview Health, and Essentia Health regarding the future of academic medicine. At this request, the parties have agreed to engage in renewed discussions in the interest of the public. The attorney general’s office will select a strategic facilitator to oversee discussions about patient care, employees, academic research, the workforce, and the overall quality of healthcare in Minnesota. Ellison says his office is taking a more active role in the discussions due to the current status and the importance to Minnesotans.

(St. Paul, MN) — St. Paul officials and the Minnesota Wild want the state to cover half the cost of renovating Xcel Energy Center. The $769 million project calls for overhauling the NHL arena and the neighboring Roy Wilkins Auditorium and St. Paul RiverCentre. The proposal calls for Wild owner Craig Leipold to contribute nearly $216 million. St. Paul and Ramsey County intend to cover about $159 million. Mayor Melvin Carter is expected to make the pitch tomorrow before the Minnesota House Capital Investment Committee.
