On October 21, 2015, a non-custodial parent took her 15 month old child who lives in the city of Ramsey from a daycare center. The mother had recently lost custody of the child and had been acting in an irrational manner, threatening to commit suicide and/or cause harm to other people. Law enforcement believe this child and mother are in danger.
