The latest winner in the Minnesota Millionaire raffle, Tawn Mains of Ogilvie, said she’s “still on cloud nine” as she claimed her 100-thousand-dollar prize today at State Lottery headquarters in Roseville. A couple of one-million-dollar winners — a man from Elko New Market and a man from Minneapolis, claimed their prizes earlier, as did two people from Hermantown who won a 1.6-million-dollar Gopher Five prize December 16th. Lottery officials say other multi-hundred-thousand-dollar winners have also stepped forward to claim their winnings.
