Get ready for another winter blast — but the Weather Service says it will come in three parts this time: Tonight, light snow possibly mixed with freezing drizzle in southern and east-central Minnesota. Thursday morning, heavy snow is forecast for south-central and east-central Minnesota. Thursday afternoon, strong northwest winds develop and a blizzard warning will be in effect for parts of west-central, southwest and south-central Minnesota, generally south of a line from Montevideo to Mankato. And subzero temperatures are again in the forecast for Friday and Saturday.
