A man accused of fatally shooting another man outside the restaurant at Bluefin Bay Resort on Minnesota’s North Shore is arraigned this morning in Grand Marais. Prosecutors say 61-year-old Kirk Bigby (BIG-bee) got into a physical confrontation early Wednesday morning and shot and killed 35-year-old Marcus Roberts from Bloomington, who worked for a gaming company hired by Bluefin for a holiday party. Bigby is charged with second-degree murder. Residents of Tofte and surrounding communities have expressed shock over the killing.
