Minnesota Aurora announced today that Jen Larrick will return to the organization as Aurora’s USL W head coach. Larrick will continue building on the foundation built over the past three seasons to help the organization create a pipeline for all players across the varying levels of soccer.

“We are extremely excited to welcome back Jen Larrick into the Aurora organization,” said Minnesota Aurora FC interim President Allie Schmidt. “Jen was an integral part of our on field success in Aurora’s first two seasons as an assistant coach and we know she will bring all her skills and talents to Aurora for our 4th season. ”

“I am beyond thrilled to be returning to Aurora,” said Larrick. I love working with Aurora players – they know how to enjoy their soccer while pushing each other to grow. And, to be supported by our incredible community of fans is really something special.”

A Massachusetts native, Larrick played Division I college soccer at the University of Florida and the University of Minnesota before going abroad and playing with Cardiff Metropolitan University (United Kingdom) and Waterside Karori AFC (New Zealand).

Larrick has centered her higher education journey on coaching: she self-designed a sport coaching Bachelor’s Degree, earned a Master’s of Education in Youth Development from the University of Minnesota, and is currently working on a Doctorate in Sport Coaching with Cardiff Metropolitan University.
