Nathan Brooks
(Austin, MN) — An Austin man is charged with criminal vehicular homicide after hitting another man with his SUV during a “pasture party” in Oakland Township Saturday night. 26-year-old Nathan Brooks then fled the scene and turned himself in the next day. Despite life saving efforts, 30-year-old Alex Tapp of Austin died at the scene.
