(St. Paul, MN) — The Colorado Avalanche poured it on during a 6-1 win over the Minnesota Wild at the Xcel Energy Center. Logan O’Connor and Ross Colton both scored in the first period to give the Avs the lead for good, and Colorado ended the game with three goals in the third. Mikko Rantanen, Parker Kelly, Artturi Lehkonen, and Nathan MacKinnon all lit the lamp in the victory. The Avs have won two of three. Zach Bogosian scored Minnesota’s only goal. The Wild had their four-game winning streak snapped.
