The Minnesota Bureau Of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the death of an inmate at the Beltrami County Jail. 26-year-old Tony May, of Red Lake was found unresponsive in his cell early Thursday. He could not be revived. No other details surrounding May’s death have been released. Sheriff Phil Hodapp says his office requested an outside agency to investigate.
