The outpouring of support for the Fargo police officer killed on the job has extended to Alexandria, where the Douglas County Sheriff’s Federation is asking people to buy blue light bulbs at five dollars each to display outside their homes. All the money goes to the family of Officer Jason Moszer. Deputy Kevin Wiseman says, “It’s no secret that the blue line throughout law enforcement is [a]very tight-knit family…. When one of our people goes down, it’s hard at home.” The blue light bulbs are for sale at the Sheriff’s Department in Alexandria.
