A Hennepin County judge has ruled police body camera footage taken right after former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor fatally shot Justine Damond will be shown during trial only to the judge, jury and attorneys and not visible to the rest of the courtroom, reports the Star Tribune. The judge says the video is potentially inflammatory and is emotional and shows the deceased in extremely compromising situations. Noor faces murder charges for fatally shooting Damond in July 2017 after responding to her call about a possible rape in the alley behind her home.
