Authorities are investigating to see if a body pulled out of a lake in New Brighton is that of a man missing since Labor Day. Police say a kayaker found the body but but police were not able to identify whether it is 32-year old Henry McCabe of Mounds View. More information should be out soon from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner.
