Boldy Gets Seven Year Deal With Wild

(St. Paul, MN)  —  The Minnesota Wild announced a new seven year, $49 million contract for forward Matt Boldy that will keep him in Minnesota through the 2029-30 season.  Boldy has 29 points in 42 games so far this season including 12 goals on 125 shots.  He’s also scored five power play goals and put up 15 points total with the extra man.  Boldy was drafted 12th overall by the Wild in 2019 and has 68 points in 89 career games in the N-H-L.  The Wild start a four game road trip on Tuesday beginning with the Capitals in Washington, D.C.  Puck drops at 6 P-M.
