(Minneapolis, MN) — A Brooklyn Park man is facing federal charges for conspiring to distribute and for selling heroin that led to a man’s death. 31-year-old Jaime McClellan was indicted yesterday in U-S District Court. McClellan is accused of selling heroin to a Medina man who died after taking the drug last October. U-S Attorney Andrew Luger says this is the first time his office has charged a defendant with distributing heroin resulting in death.
