Canterbury Park racing officials in cooperation with the Minnesota Racing Commission state veterinarian and Minnesota HBPA will delay the start of Sunday’s racing program to 6 p.m. due to a projected excessive heat index early in the afternoon. The seven-race program was originally scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
The family day promotion of llama and unicorn racing has been rescheduled to Sunday, Aug. 24.
