A Stillwater man has been charged with kidnapping and sexual assault of a teenage girl at a St. Paul home–and he’s a person of interest in the murder of his ex-girlfriend. 33-year-old Ivan Walker is accused of sexually assaulting the teen several times in the home and threatening to kill her. The girl told police that Walker also confessed to killing his ex-girlfriend, 39-year-old Shana Hollins–in the home and said he was going to make the death look like a drug overdose. When he was arrested later that day, Walker denied any wrongdoing and provided an alibi, but the alibi witness was not able to confirm Walker’s story. The murder investigation is ongoing.
