Murder charges could be filed today against a Cottage Grove man accused of killing his wife. 43-year-old Stephen Allwine was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with the death of 43-year-old Amy Allwine, who was found dead in her home in November. Stephen is expected to appear in Washington County court today.
