Officials have released the name of the two year old Crystal boy allegedly beaten to death by his mother’s boyfriend. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner says Joshua Lockhart, Junior suffered blunt force injuries. The manner and cause of his death remain under investigation. 21-year-old Quran Mitchell is charged with second-degree murder in the boy’s death. Mitchell is accused of beating the boy late Saturday. Joshua died in the hospital on Sunday.
