Governor Mark Dayton says about President Trump’s planned visit to Duluth next week that “he’s welcome to come to Minnesota any time” — and Dayton says he’s communicated to the White House that he’d be “very willing” to greet the president when he arrives on the tarmac. Dayton says, “I think that’s appropriate as governor to greet a president who’s arriving on our home state.”
There’s no word yet from the White House on Dayton’s offer.
