Gov. Mark Dayton
(Rochester, MN) — Governor Mark Dayton’s office says he’s resting comfortably after successful lower back surgery today at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. It was similar to a procedure performed three years ago which fused two vertebrae in the governor’s lower back and improved strength and stability in his legs. Dayton expects similar improvements from this latest procedure and will likely be back to work next week.
