The Minnesota B-C-A has released the name of the officer and suspect in an officer-involved shooting in Crystal earlier this month. Deputy Allen Magelssen shot 39-year-old Jamar Hollins on May 23rd after Hollins grabbed a knife and locked himself in a bathroom while police tried to serve him with an emergency order for protection.
