(Minneapolis, MN) — Freddie Freeman and Andy Pages each had three hits as the Dodgers put up 17 hits total in a 12-3 beating of the Twins. Six Dodger hitters had at least two hits in the drubbing. Kendry Rojas started in place of an ill Joe Ryan and gave up a run and a hit in two innings of work. Austin Voth took the reigns from there and got hammered for six runs on 11 hits in four innings on the mound. The Twins have dropped each of the first two games of the series which wraps up tonight at Target Field.

The Twins will turn to their ace tonight to try and salvage their series with the Dodgers. Joe Ryan was supposed to start the game on Tuesday night but got the night off with illness. Twins manager Derek Shelton said Ryan is better and will we saddled with facing Dodger phenom Shohei Ohtani to finish off the series. It’s a 6:40 P-M first pitch tonight from Target Field.
