There’s a listening session in Duluth today (Sat 1-3pm) on a controversial bill co-sponsored by State Representative Jennifer Schultz. The Duluth Democrat argues if people know they can have more control at the end of their life, they’ll have more sense of peace. Opponents call the bill a form of assisted suicide, arguing there are other ways to ease the suffering of terminal patients in their final hours.
