Duluth police early this morning arrested a second suspect in the murder of a 22-year-old man — the city’s first homicide of the year — and are still looking for a third suspect. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Marcus Seville Morris should contact the Duluth Police Department. A 17-year-old boy from nearby Proctor, Patrick Battees Junior, was the first to be charged in the death of Juamada Anderson. Surveillance video reportedly shows a fight, with Battees firing into the crowd and the victim falling to the ground.
