Authorities are looking for a man with a felony DWI conviction after the G-P-S tracking ankle bracelet he was wearing was found at a Walmart in Dilworth near some towels in the Home Department. An arrest warrant has been issued for 35-year-old Travis Guy. Monitoring bracelets alert authorities if someone tampers with them.
