Eastbound I-94 near Fergus Falls fully open after semi rollover this morning

All lanes are now open on eastbound I-94 near Fergus Falls after a semi rollover closed one lane this morning. The State Patrol says the driver was taken to a nearby hospital, treated for a leg injury and released.
