The family of a woman who’s been missing for three weeks plans to start their own ground search once they narrow down the area. 31-year-old Rose Downwind of Redby, granddaughter of American Indian Movement co-founder Dennis Banks, was last seen October 21st leaving in a vehicle in Bemidji. Police say they’ve spoken to two persons of interest, and they’re asking people to come forward if they saw Christopher Davis and Marchello Cimmarusti sometime between October 21st and 29th. The family says the search area is around 65 miles right now and they want to narrow it down before bringing in bloodhounds. A 10-thousand dollar reward has been posted for information about Downwind’s disappearance.
