First official sporting event held at U.S. Bank Stadium

The first official sporting event was held at U.S. Bank Stadium last night. Over 64-thousand fans packed in, to watch an international soccer match. Michele Kelm-Helgen is chair of the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority and says overall things went well. She says one area that needs improvement is signage around the stadium.

The next scheduled event a Luke Bryan concert August 19th. The first Vikings game at the new stadium will be a pre-season game August 28th against the San Diego Chargers.
