Five more Minnesotans have died from COVID-19–bringing the total number of deaths statewide to 17. The Minnesota Department of Health says 689 people have tested positive for the virus in the state. At least 21,191 tests have been completed. Officials continue to caution that the number of confirmed cases doesn’t necessarily reflect how many cases there actually are in the state, as testing is limited.
