Flu remains “widespread” in MN

(St. Paul, MN) — The latest report from the state Health Department shows the flu continues to be widespread in Minnesota. There were 74 hospitalizations for flu-related illness in the state compared to 94 last week. So far this year, 359 people have been hospitalized for the flu in Minnesota. Health officials say it’s still not too late to get a flu shot and the vaccine is a good match for this year’s strain.
