A former substitute teacher in Fergus Falls has been sentenced to five years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography. Prosecutors say 39-year-old Joshua Noble was active on an Internet messaging service called ChatStep and had more than 240 images of children under 12, including toddlers and infants. Besides prison time, Noble was ordered to pay restitution.
