SiriusXM says former Senator Al Franken will launch a one-hour Saturday morning (9am) radio show beginning next weekend. Sirius says “The Al Franken Show” will feature “thought-provoking conversations with headliners and experts in the fields of politics, entertainment, media, technology, global affairs, and more.” Comedian, actor and director Chris Rock will be Franken’s guest on the premier show. Like Franken, Rock is an alumnus of “Saturday Night Live.” Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and comedian Patton Oswalt are scheduled for future programs.
