Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman says he’s asked the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension to expand its investigation into the police shooting death of Jamar Clark. Freeman said Tuesday his office discovered a number of things were not completed and they were sent back to the B-C-A to be done — but wouldn’t say what the issues are. Freeman says he still hopes to have a decision by the end of next month on whether officers involved in Clark’s shooting will be charged.
