Gopher baseball set for another weekend on the road

The Golden Gopher baseball team visits North Carolina State for a three-game series this weekend.  Minnesota is the preseason favorite to repeat as Big Ten champions, but a tough early non-conference schedule has the Gophers at 2-5 on the year.

MNN Sports Director Mike Grimm chatted with legendary Gopher head coach John Anderson about the early portion of this season, the reason for playing a hard non-conference schedule, and a look ahead:
