(College Park, MD) — This weekend will be a homecoming of sorts for University of Minnesota freshman defensive end Winston DeLattiboudere. The Golden Gophers visit the University of Maryland on Saturday in Big Ten football. DeLattiboudere grew up in Baltimore, just a few miles from the Maryland campus. He is expecting upwards of 50 family members and friends to attend the Gopher-Terrapin game. DeLattiboudere made his first career start last week against Iowa and is expected to get the starting nod again this weekend. He has made seven tackles this season for the Gophers, including 1.5 tackles for a loss and half-of-a-sack. DeLattiboudere played high school football at Howard High School and led the Lions to a 12-and-1 record in his senior year and a county championship. MNN Sports Director Mike Grimm sat down with DeLattiboudere this week to preview the return to Maryland:
