(Indianapolis, MN) — Despite a frantic finish the Gophers couldn’t close the gap against Ohio State and ultimately, bow out of the Big Ten Tourney with a 79-75 loss to the Buckeyes. The Gophers outscored O-S-U 48-40 in the second half and cut the lead to just one with 8.9 left on the clock but in the end Ohio State pulled away and eliminated the Gophers.
