(Columbia, MO)  —  Cade Tyson scored 17 points and Isaac Asuma added a season-high 13, but a 25-2 second-half Missouri run broke open what had been a close game, as the Tigers handed Minnesota its first loss of the season, 83-60.  Minnesota (2-1) led 46-45 following a dunk by Tyson with 13:33 remaining, but the Gophers wouldn’t make another field goal for more than eight minutes, and the Tigers went on their game-changing run. Tyson, who scored 11 of his team-high 17 points in the second half, finished 6-of-12 from the field and 5-of-7 at the free throw line. Asuma made three three-pointers to finish in double-figures for the first time this season, and Chansey Willis, Jr. finished with nine points, four rebounds, and a team-high three assists. The Gopher men host Chicago State on Tuesday night at 7 P-M from Williams Arena.
